Our maintenance team are employed by us, making sure you, our tennants get a high level of service as we don't have to rely on outside management companies in the unlikely event of problem with the facilities at your home.

We also pride ourselves in providing affordable properties in the current financially difficult climate. Most properties are available without deposit (subject to certain terms and conditions), and to assist with payment we provide a direct debit facility.
