Lee is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with an in depth knowledge of building pathology, design and specification, clerk of works and construction technology. Lee has a wide range of experience dealing with a wide range of clients from large retailers, rail and transport firms, property investors and commercial tenants.

Callum is a Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in professional services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition, due-diligence, Party Wall matters, design work and defect diagnosis.
