Level 1 - Condition Report 

A Level 1 assessment will provide an overview of the properties condition, helping you to make a decision and, once in ownership, establish appropriate repair or improvement priorities.

Level 2 - Homebuyers Survey 

A Level 2 survey will follow a similar structure to a Level 1 survey, however, it will provide more information. Material defects will be described and the identifiable risk of those that may be hidden will be stated. 

Level 2 surveys will also provide a clear reasoned explanation as to whether any further advise or quotations should be sought prior to entering into a legal commitment.

Level 3 - Building Survey

A Level 3 survey will provide a thorough and detailed review of a premises, it will highlight the form of construction, obvious defects, remedial options, recommend timescales for repair or maintenance works, future maintenance considerations, risks to areas which may not have been inspected and will provide advice on prioritisation of issues.
