The Clerk of Works is tasked with ensuring the quality of both materials and workmanship complies to the design and meets both client and statutory requirements.

Our background as Building Surveyors and Designers gives us a detailed understanding of how buildings should go together and the consequences of what happens when they don't. 

We are able to undertake an initial desktop review of any proposed developments or extensions, undertake periodic inspections and undertake final snagging inspections as required.
